I did not know any real estate agent before planning to sell my home. But going through the web I found Anthony’s page on listing and got a feel of the market and where I wanted to buy after selling. After I registered and I got regular update and once in awhile I got message from Anthony asking if I planned to sell. But not pushing. When I finally decided to sell and emailed Anthony for a meeting. He gave me a lot of information and he was quite pleasant to talk to. So I decided to sell and get Anthony to help me out. Happily the place was sold the second day on the market. Anthony also helped me out with all those paper work and I am glad that I chose Pumma for this transaction.

It started when we met Anthony Gladis at an open house. Our initial impression of Anthony was that he was a down to earth human and most importantly, he really listens!As first time home buyers, we knew from the beginning that we did not want to work with a realtor with a salesperson attitude; we don’t need a sales pitch on everything. On this note, we feel that we got really lucky meeting Anthony just by chance. After our initial meeting, we knew that we wanted to work with him as our intuition kicked in. Anthony exceeded our expectations on his professionalism and equally important to us was his warm personality and HONESTY. Perhaps, his true honesty would not benefit him in some cases (uh-hmmm vents), but we really appreciated this.From the beginning to the very end and on, Anthony has been there working later than he has to just to update us or answer our emails, text, and calls. He possesses great communication skills and super reliable as he is always there earlier than us at any appointments or meetings. Our daughters adore him and always ask if we can see more houses with Anthony. Sadly, this part had to end as we closed on the house. He was there to give us valuable advice and we learned so much from him. We appreciated the fact that if he didn’t know the answer to our question(s), he’d find out and let us know. In addition, his team including Emily and Bunsong were wonderful as well. They quickly hopped right in to help answer any questions and offer updates.When we found the house that we wanted, his advice on the bid was close to accurate and our offer was accepted as we competed with 2 other offers. He worked seamlessly with the listing agent to get things moving forward. We closed on time thanks to agents on both sides and our lender team working together to make this happen.We appreciated that Anthony was there the entire time during our inspection and he was there during our final signing. The best part was when he was there to give us the keys as we walked into our house! He was there for us every step of the way and we couldn’t have asked for a more positive experience. We would highly recommend Anthony to our family and friends or anyone who is in the market to either buy or sell.Again, many thanks to Anthony and Pumma Team!

Anthony is an amazing realtor. He spent many Saturday hours driving us around showing us houses until we found the right one for us. He was very professional, always responsive and flexible. We were somewhat new to the area, looking at a larger area that had been essentially unexplored to us; he made extra effort talking about the commute, the local amenities and conveniences. To be honest, the weekend of our move my husband was ill (I was pregnant) and not many friends were available to help us move, Anthony came over and put some time in helping.
