What we collect, why we collect it, and what we never do with it.
When you submit a form on this site we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, and — if you provide them — your phone number, property address, budget, timeline, and any message you write. We also record which page the form was submitted from.
To respond to your inquiry and to provide the real estate services you asked about. That is the only reason.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask to join. We do not share your details with third parties except where necessary to complete a transaction you have engaged us for (for example, a lender, title company, or escrow officer you have chosen), or where required by law.
Our intake forms deliberately avoid questions about race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, or national origin. We do not use any information you provide to steer you toward or away from any neighborhood. Committed to the letter and spirit of U.S. policy for the achievement of equal housing opportunity. We encourage and support an affirmative advertising and marketing program in which there are no barriers to obtaining housing because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin.
Our property search is hosted by a third-party IDX provider at a separate address. When you follow that link, that provider’s own privacy policy and terms apply to any account you create or search you save there.
