Born and raised in the Puget Sound region, Emily holds a B.S. in Accounting from Central Washington University and has worked in mortgage and real estate since 2004, starting as a mortgage loan processor. She joined Pumma Properties in 2015 and earned her real estate license in 2017.
Her lending background means she understands the parts of a transaction most people never see — and her attention to detail keeps every file, deadline, and signature on track from listing to closing.
Outside work Emily runs the administrative side of her children's Cub Scouts pack, leads two dens, volunteers with her church's children's ministries, and serves on her local PTA's executive board.
