Reach Justin
Justin grew up in the Sky Valley area and has owned his home in Monroe for years. He started at Starbucks in high school, managed his first store by age twenty, and spent a decade leading multiple locations and building relationships across his community.
He left to pursue a childhood dream as a King County Sheriff's Deputy — and found that the values that led him there (integrity, honor, helping people, community) are the same ones that led him into real estate.
Whether his clients are buying, selling, or both, they get his full attention: customized care, real listening, and follow-through that continues long after closing. His goal is to be his clients' trusted consultant for generations.
Justin's passions are his wife Molly, their two kids, football, golf, detailing cars, house projects, and camping.

Checks in long after the sale closes — his clients' words
“Absolutely a rock star team. Justin and his team are fantastic and will get your home SOLD! They knew the market, they had a strategy and like clockwork, it paid off...BIG TIME and in record time (3 days on market). Justin strategy got us $35k over asking and a deal we couldn't refuse.”
“I've worked with other real estate agents in the past where it seemed like they were only interested in their commission. Everyone at Pumma worked hard to make sure that the process was smooth, keeping us in the loop from start to finish. Justin and the team were amazing.”
“Even after we sold our house and the sale was done, Justin would still check up on us and see how we are doing. I would recommend Justin as an agent any day of the week, he is far above all other agents.”
